Hippie Hounds Spa started out as a small notion in my busy work life.
To start, my name is Mykala and I have been a professional dog groomer for over 9 years now and I have had my house call business coming up on 6 years.
I worked in a small business salon and at a vet clinic as their groomer while doing a couple house call visits on the side before going out on my own.
Today with the help and support of family, friends, and clients, I have been able to not only thrive in my business but also continue my education in grooming and safety, use high quality products, and become more accessible for clients who need more specialized care.
At Hippie Hounds Spa we specialize in caring for your dog in their own home to create a low stress experience. Dogs that don’t travel well, elderly, young, have anxiety, or require special care.
